Jordan Corine Cruz is a Puerto Rican interdisciplinary artist whose practice considers the intersections of cultural production as a means of self-determination and nostalgia as a gesture of endurance. 

Cruz holds a BFA in Photography and an MFA in Photography, Video, and Related Media from the School of Visual Arts. Her work has been most notably exhibited at Haul Gallery, BronxArtSpace, and PHOTOVILLE. Cruz is currently a 2024 AIM Fellow. She was the 2020 recipient of the BRIO award, presented by the Bronx Council on the Arts. In 2019, she organized and hosted The Culture of Community: A Latinx Photo Symposium in collaboration with El Museo del Barrio and the School of Visual Arts. In addition to her artistic practice, Cruz is the Technical Director of the Department of Photography and Imaging at New York University, Tisch School of the Arts. She lives and works in The Bronx, New York.
